Day 1:
Product knowledge classroom training encompassing technical data, uses,
application procedures, concentration levels, safety information,
unique qualities and benefits of the entire Auto Kare product
line. Day 1 will be a general "getting acquainted" day. You will also
meet Auto Kare's staff of professionals, from the individuals
who chemically formulate the Auto Kare line to the personnel
in the shipping department. You will also tour the factory and see Auto
Kare products being manufactured
Day 2:
Hands on training using all Auto Kare's
Auto Kare total system. *Remember professionals will be
purchasing Auto
Kare products in the detailing process. This is a crucial part of
your training program. Not only will you learn the art of
professionally detailing a car from bumper to bumper, while doing so
you will obtain a far deeper understanding of products from you.
Day
3:
Off
site truck route training. You will ride with a current Auto
Kare exclusive distributor on his or her Auto Kare
truck. You will deliver products to detail shops, car dealerships,
rental car agencies, car washes and more. You will open new accounts,
hear questions asked, and hear them answered. This will most definitely
be the highlight of your training program. Here you will see thousands
of dollars of Auto Kare products being sold, while gaining
priceless field experience!
Day
4:
Classroom
training encompassing current market price guidelines, lead generation,
existing account information, development of your business plan and
proven sales and marketing techniques.
Day
5:
Overview, questions and answers. Inventory of start up order. You will
receive a promotional package including Auto Kare color
product brochures, and Auto Kare logo staff shirts.
